Very impressive website!

This site will provide a great starting place for potential captains preparing to take the next step – FO to Capt. Not only is there plenty of good information, it also gets you thinking!

I’ll keep an eye on the site as new articles keep getting posted.

Hopefully getting close to command at the moment.

As it is a niche area it is nice to see a site discussing the relevant points.

It at least show's me that a lot of the work I have already done is along the right lines.

Thanks for you efforts putting this site together.

I stumbled upon your site and was thrilled to discover how appropriate and applicable your tips could be when dealing with people in crisis situations. I was preparing for a job interview which entailed the ability to work with people on an individual basis, but in a team setting. As team leader, in essence is like the command pilot, no two people are alike, nor is the circumstances and you have help me immensely prepare for my interview on Case Hearing Management.

Great Stuff!

I have used some of these points and also have adopted some of the techniques in my operation which has helped me pass my course. Thank you for filling in an area which is a gaping hole in some companies command courses.

Incredible website and great stuff to read.

I am right in the middle of my own upgrade training and I only wish I would have found this site earlier.

Thanks you very much!
